Payments
Our standard requirements are,
- 1 months rent in advance
- 1 months rent as a deposit
- A one off administration fee of £120
ID and References
Before commencing a tenancy we require the following information,
- 3 months recent bank statements
- 3 months recent wage slips
- Reference letter from your employer
- Reference letter from your previous landlord
- Photographic ID (Passport, driving license, etc)
DSS
We are on occasion able to service tenants receiving housing benefit (DSS). We review such applications on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you would like to discuss further.
