We offer a full management service to landlords. We don't believe in offering tiered services and optional extras.

With us, you need not worry about hidden costs buried in the fine print. Our aim is to provide complete peace of mind through a competitively priced, all inclusive, service.

Whilst under our management we will deal with all aspects of the tenancy on your behalf. We can even provide extremely competitive quotes on maintenance and repair work and can coordinate the work on your behalf.


Our Fees

We charge £150 for initial set up and 10% of the monthly rent as our management fee. The set up charge will be deducted from your first month's rent.

There is no upfront cost to you. Our fees are subject to VAT.
  

 

Rent Guarantee

We understand how important the peace of mind of knowing that rent will be coming in on time is to landlords. For this reason we offer a rent guarantee to you at no extra cost.

 We guarantee that your rental payment will be made on time, every time; regardless of when the tenant pays for as long as the tenant remains in the property.

You can rest assured that as long as there is a tenant in your property, your rent will be paid on time. Let us take away the stress and uncertainty of property management.
